the Bioma project
We are pleased to invite you to the closing event on the activated almond research project "BIOMA," Thursday, June 26, 2025, from 4 p.m. at Casa Gialla, Valdibella Agricultural Cooperative, Camporeale (PA)
BIOMA is a research project on activated almonds that combines regenerative agriculture, nutritional research and innovation, i.e., an experimental pre-germination process to evaluate the development of Sicilian almonds from a nutritional, organoleptic and economic point of view, with the ambitious goal of enhancing even more the nutritional and beneficial properties of the Sicilian almond.
A scientific partner of excellence, the NEUROFARBA department of the University of Florence, is supporting us in this path of innovation.
